Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the BRB TTYL mobile application ("the App") operated by BRB TTYL ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BRB TTYL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BRB TTYL. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements or have obtained parental consent.

3. Account Registration

To use BRB TTYL, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google Sign-In (Android). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
Impersonate another person
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited messages
Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as your username and status). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to display your status to your connected friends as part of the App's core functionality.

6. Friend Connections

Friend connections are mutual and require acceptance from both parties. You may block or remove friends at any time. Blocked users will not be able to see your status or send you friend requests.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as Snapchat for optional status sharing. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, and code, is the property of BRB TTYL and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRB TTYL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
